COVID-19 Updates April 2022

I am here to support you during this uncertain time. In addition to in-person therapy, I offer online counseling for those seeking additional mental health services. I will be updating this page frequently, so please continue to check in.

What services do I offer?

In addition to continuing in-person appointments with the proper safety precautions, I will offer virtual therapy appointments for individual and couples therapy sessions. I highly suggest that my current client’s transition to online counseling and would recommend that new clients accept telehealth as their primary means of contact, if possible. I ask all clients who feel ill, who have encountered someone they suspect might have the Coronavirus in the last 14 days, have recently traveled, or have a reason to believe they’ve been exposed, to take advantage of the telehealth option.

If you’d like to participate in telehealth, we will communicate virtually using a secure, HIPAA-compliant, easy-to-use platform called Simple Practice. It can be accessed through your computer or by downloading the free mobile app called Telehealth by Simple Practice.

Health and Safety

The office and waiting room are sanitized and clean regularly, but I ask that you follow these guidelines when attending therapy:

  • Wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer found at the front desk upon entering and leaving the office
  • Continue to maximize interpersonal distance. If someone else is in the waiting room, please be seated near the front desk to help maintain distance between you and others.
  • If you’d like to avoid the waiting room, please remain in your car until the start of your session. You can text me that you’ve arrived, and will inform you when the office is available.
